Art can be used for much more than decorating walls, receptions, canteens or boardrooms. It can also be actively used as a tool to develop work environment, and identity. More and more companies are working strategically with art as an asset that can be integrated in many different contexts.
Working with artistic processes can stimulate meaning-making, sense-making, image-making and create deeper levels of conversation about what matters, help anchor or transform identity and act as generator in mental and social processes. With its alternative perspectives, art can stimulate innovative thinking and create new narratives and meeting places across disciplinary, cultural and social boundaries.
